Ibsen, Bjørnson, or Balzac?

A short 5 min. walk from the A.C. N. campus will put you face to face with this happy example of rock art.
At least that’s what I call it.
I’m not sure if it was purposefully made or created by natural happenstance, though its location and overview to walkers by would suggest that it was an intentional creation.
And I haven’t yet found anyone who can tell me anything about it … what it is, or who it is, or when it showed up on the spot to stand sentinel over this area.
To my eye, it’s an incarnation of Ibsen … or maybe Bjørnson ... two literary giants of Norway. But I also see the stature of Balzac à la Rodin.
At any rate, I enjoy passing by him on my way to the market, and always start humming a bit of “Ja, Vi esker….”
