The Pont Arts bridge in France has nothing on the "Love Lock Bridge" of Moss, Norway!
This quaint spot is only a short distance walk from the campus of the American College of Norway en route to the town "senter." It is near the Konventionsgården.
The house by the same name is an historic building, and is where the Konventionen Moss signed on 14 August 1814, a peace agreement that saved Eidsvold constitution and led to the union between the two independent states Norway and Sweden. King Christian Frederik lived in Konventionsgården periodically from July 21 and from 10 to 16.
